Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7–14 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, shipping delays, or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Kapridon is not responsible for packages delayed by the carrier, but we will assist in resolving any issue.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the package

We will send a replacement or issue store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • The customer must pay a reshipping fee

  • No refund for shipping costs will be provided
